=> Tested in Master Socket . 
=> Tested in Test Socket . 
=> Tested with Corded Phone . 
=> Tested with Alt Phone . 
=> Diallers box’s remove . 
=> What does the customer hear when they make a call (Dead air, continuous tone, number does not ring, etc) . 

=> Copper Line Test result . 
=> If fail then result with CPE removed . 
=> Escalte to SMC and it will take 5 days for the resolution.
