Voicemail
=> Interrupted Dial Tone is played when customer has new message.
=> Dial 1571 to retrieve new message.
=> Press 1 to listen to new message.
=> Press 3 to delete message.
=> If customer has interrupted dial tone but no message, leave a message for customer. They can retrieve this and should resolve problem.
=> Ask customer to try a different handset, as long as it has * and keys then it should be compatible with voicemail.
=> Check Phone is set to tone dialling.
